THINGS TO KNOW

The apartments are on the first (and last) floor walk-up of a court house.

The courtyard is shared with the neighbours. Guests are recommended to take care of things available for everyone.

Each apartment has an independent entrance. Guests hold two keys, one for the apartment and another one for the main entrance to the structure.

During your check-in we give you all the useful phone numbers and addresses you can use when you need.

Check out is at 10.00, then you can leave your luggage and get them back during the day.

Please respect the hours of rest.

No smoking. No animal and no more people than those on the booking.

Respect the environment and avoid unnecessary use of energy and water.

Don't throw sanitary towels, nappies, cotton swabs, handkerchiefs and wipes into the toilet.

The apartment is located in the second historical centre of Siracusa after Ortigia.

The area near Punto Zero offers the higher concentration of tourist attractions in Siracusa, like the Teatro Greco, the Orecchio di Dionisio or the Paolo Orsi Archeological Museum.

Punto Zero is 1.1 km far from Ortigia, 20 minutes walk. Unlike Ortigia, that is a restricted parking zone,   guests can find free parking all around the structure.

Ortigia is linked to Punto zero everyday by the line 2 of the shuttle bus service called "Siracusadamare" or by the lines 1, 2, 3, 4 of the AST public bus service. The stop of the Shuttle bus to Ortigia is very close to the apartment, in the Parking of Via Augusto Von Platen 38, and Taxi is 2€ for each person.
